Kylt® MS-H DIVA Detection products are intended for the detection and differentiation of bacterial DNA from the vaccine strain MS-H and MS field strains (MSf).
The Real-Time PCR Detection Kit contains all reagents and controls for the separate specific detection and differentiation of MS-H and MSf.
This kit features two separate positive controls, one for the field strain and the second for the MS-H live vaccine strain.
