Detailed description
Kylt® Listeria monocytogenes Real-Time PCR Detection Kit is intended for the detection of bacterial DNA from Listeria monocytogenes.
The detection kit contains all reagents and controls necessary for reliable and accurate detection.
Note: As of 01st of August 2023, the kit no longer contains DNA-Extractionmix II and Lysis beads. They can be ordered as Kylt®DNA-Extractionmix III (article no. 31404).
Changed volumes of reagents and adapted PCR setup from batch 24LM:01 on, please refer to the new manual (Rev004, Feb 2024).
