Detailed description

Kylt^® MGS Triplex Real-Time detection kits are intended for the detection of bacterial DNA from the species Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) and Mycoplasma synoviae (MS) in one reaction.

The Real-Time PCR Detection Kit contains all reagents and controls for the separate specific detection of MG and MS.
