Detailed description
Kylt® MG 6/85 DIVA kits are intended for the specific detection of bacterial DNA from Mycoplasma gallisepticum field strains to rule out field strain infections as a cause of positive results in MG-specific assays. All non -6/85 strains are detected as field strains.
These products are thus intended to be used in conjunction with a Mycoplasma detection kit, such as Kylt® MG or Kylt® MGS Triplex.
The Real-Time PCR Detection Kit contains all reagents and controls for the specific detection of MG field strains.
