Detailed description

Kylt® Mycoplasma synoviae Detection products are intended for the detection of bacterial DNA from the species Mycoplasma synoviae (MS).

The Real-Time PCR Detection Kit contains all reagents and controls for the separate specific detection of MS.

The Real-Time PCR Detection Reagents contain all primers, probes and controls for the specific detection of Mycoplasma synoviae, but need to be supplemented with a matching, at least 2-fold concentrated, qPCR Mix.
