Detailed description
Kylt® PRRSV kit is intended for the specific detection of viral RNA of Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRSV) as well as the differentiation into NA and EU strains.
The kit is suitable for the analysis of samples from swine, such as swab samples (e.g. nasal, tracheal), tissues and organs (e.g. lung, cecal tonsils, placenta, uterus), saliva- and BAL-samples (BALF / bronchoalveolar lavage fluid), blood and serum, as well as cultural material (e.g. cell culture supernatant) and processing fluids (e.g. squeezed from castrated testicles).
The kit contains all reagents and controls for the specific detection of PRRSV and the differentiation of EU and NA strains.
