Detaillierte Beschreibung

Kylt® Standard for Lawsonia intracellularis supports the pathogen quantification in PIA-positive sample. By this, together with defined cut-off values, the clinical relevance of detected pathogens can be evaluated.

The Quantitative Standard requires seven additional reactions (wells) per quantification for each run in which samples need to be quantified.

Lawsonia intracellularis is the cause of Porcine Intestinal Adenomatosis (PIA) or Porcine Ileitis.
