The Kylt® SGP & 9R DIVA PCR Detection Kit is designed for the detection of bacterial DNA to differentiate between vaccinated and infected animals (DIVA) for Salmonella gallinarum , pullorum and 9R DIVA.

The detection kit contains all reagents and controls required for reliable separate detection of Salmonella Gallinarum, Pullorum & DIVA 9R.

Subsequent analysis is performed by agarose gel or capillary electrophoresis.
