Kylt® Paramyxovirus 1 Pathotyping Real-Time RT-PCR Detection kits are intended for the differentiation of lentogene vs. velo-/mesogene strains of PMV 1 in samples positively tested for the Newcastle Disease Virus.

The Real-Time RT-PCR Detection Kit contains all reagents and controls for the differentiation of PMV1.
