Kylt® SGP & 9R DIVA PCR Detection Kit is intended for the detection of bacterial DNA to differentiate between vaccinated and infected animals (DIVA). The detection kit contains all reagents and controls necessary for reliable and accurate detection. The subsequent analysis is carried out by gel electrophoresis (classical agarose gel or capillary electrophoresis).
