Detailed description
Kylt® IBDV genogroup A3 (very virulent) RT-qPCR kits are intended for the specific detection of genogroup A3 (very virulent) of Infectious Bursal Disease Virus positive samples (previously tested with Kylt® IBDV Screening).
Suitable specimen material includes tissues and organs (e.g., bursa of fabricii, spleen, other lymphoid tissues), swabs of the aforementioned tissues and organs, and specimen material from cultural processes of the aforementioned samples.
The Real-Time PCR Detection Kit contains all necessary reagents and controls to carry out the analysis.
