Detailed description

The Kylt^® Infectious Salmon Anaemia Virus Kit has been developed and validated for the detection of infectious salmon anaemia in fish samples.

The ISA virus causes severe anaemia in salmon in aquaculture by attacking the erythrocytes.

Tissue samples of the internal organs as well as swab samples from these tissues are suitable for detection.

The Real-Time PCR Detection Kit contains all reagents and controls for the specific detection of infectious salmon anaemia.
