Detailed description

The Kylt^® Koi Herpesvirus Kit has been developed and validated for the detection of Cyprinid herpesvirus 3 in samples from fish.

Tissue samples from gills, kidneys, spleen, encephalon and intestine as well as swab samples from these tissues are suitable for detection.

The Real-Time PCR Detection Kit contains all reagents and controls for the specific detection of Koi herpesvirus.
