Kylt® recHVT DIVA 3 kit is suitable for the specifi c detection of DNA of the recombinant HVT vaccine strain included in "Vectormune® ND" (CEVA).

The kit is suitable for the analysis of samples from chicken such as swab samples (e.g. spleen), tissues and organs (e.g. feather follicles, feather pulp, feather sheath, blood, spleen).

The Real-Time PCR Detection Kit contains all reagents and controls for the detection described.
