Detection of Salmonella Enteritidis vaccine strains
Kylt® launched two new DIVA-PCR kits for the detection of Salmonella Enteritidis vaccine strains. Kylt® SE DIVA 1 allows specific detection of Salmonella Enteritidis vaccine strain 441/014 (ade-/his-). The vaccine strain is present in the commercial live vaccines Salmovac SE, Salmovac 440 and Gallivac SE. More information on Kylt® SE DIVA 1 can be found here.
Kylt® SE DIVA 2 enables specific detection of the Salmonella Enteritidis vaccine strain Sm24/Rif12/Ssq in commercially available monovalent live vaccines such as AviPro SALMONELLA VAC E. More information on this kit is available here.
