Synonyms for Fluorescence Channels

Depending on the manufacturer, the fluorescence channels are named differently for approximately identical wavelengths.

Most of our kits use a combination of FAM and HEX. For the multiplex we add Cy5 or Texas Red or both. Please refer to the table below to check, which channels to choose or if your is ready to be running kits.
